Description

This centerpiece was created by combining a marbled white Bullseye ™ glass and sifting white powdered glass over a blue transparent glass. A design was created over the blue transparent glass and this was fired separately. A layer of clear glass was used to cap the design layer. The feet were created by combining clear glass with a marbled blue glass and casting them before attaching them to the main body of the piece. The pieces were fired multiple times in a kiln with firing temperatures ranging from 1385F-1465F. This decorative centerpiece is also suitable for sushi, small desserts or tapas.
